Savor the Season by the Sea at Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort

Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort invites guests to savor the season by the sea with live entertainment, special savings, and a cozy fall menu.

The resort’s popular Concerts Under the Stars series returns November 29 with ABBA Under the Stars, a lively evening of nostalgia and music beneath the coastal sky. Guests who dine or enjoy drinks onsite that night will receive complimentary parking with a $30 food and beverage purchase, making it an ideal Thanksgiving weekend escape.

To celebrate the start of the holiday shopping season, the resort’s Black Friday Sale begins November 10, offering up to 30% off stays of three nights or more for bookings made through December 2. The limited-time offer makes it easy to plan a spontaneous winter getaway filled with ocean views and the relaxed charm of Santa Barbara. Booking can be made here. 

At The Set, the resort’s signature restaurant, Executive Chef Mary O’Neill has unveiled a new fall menu that highlights the comforting flavors of the season. Starters include Corn and Potato Bisque ($12) and Truffled Brussels Sprouts ($17). Entrées feature Crispy Chili Roast Salmon with jasmine rice pilaf and blistered tomatoes ($38), Foraged Mushroom and Sweet Pea Risotto ($25), and Spicy Burnt Chili Shrimp Pasta ($32). Desserts include Cappuccino Panna Cotta with salted caramel and candied pecans ($12) and a Seasonal Fruit Galette with vanilla bean ice cream ($14).

Behind the bar, “Harvest Sips” cocktails such as the Honey Pumpkin Whiskey Smash ($17), Apple Cider Mule ($16), and Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned ($17) capture the warmth of the season, perfect for a sunset toast by the ocean breeze.

Philz Coffee Debuts Holiday Menu and Launches First-Ever Rewards Program

Philz Coffee just launched its 2025 holiday menu, introducing a new Tiramisu drink alongside the return of seasonal favorites made with its Gratitude blend, which supports coffee farming communities through Food 4 Farmers. This marks Philz’s tenth year partnering with the organization.

Philz is also giving back to its customers with the debut of Philz Rewards, the brand’s first loyalty program now available through the Philz Coffee app. New members receive a drink upgrade and 150 points upon sign-up, and earn 10 points for every dollar spent. Additional perks include birthday rewards, surprise treats such as free pastries, and special moments to celebrate the barista who crafts each drink.

This year’s holiday lineup features the new Tiramisu drink made with Philtered Soul Cold Brew, a tiramisu swirl and a dusting of cocoa powder, served cold or hot. Returning favorites include Winter Bliss, a creamy mocha made with Spiced Gratitude Cold Brew and finished with Ghirardelli cocoa powder, and the Gratitude blend, a medium roast with notes of toasted walnut, caramel and citrus available iced, hot or in 16-ounce bags of beans. Spiced Gratitude 

Cold Brew also returns, steeped overnight with nutmeg, cinnamon and warm holiday spices.

Seasonal pastries vary by region, with Southern California stores offering Red Velvet Marble Swirl Bread and a Chocolate Peppermint Cookie. The menu also features a new Grilled Ham and Cheese sandwich with Swiss, all-natural ham, honey Dijon mustard and a crisp Parmesan topping.
